AchievePlanner

AchievePlanner is an addon that helps you organize and categorize your incomplete achievements. You simply select a "difficulty" number for each incomplete achievement, and AchievePlanner will give you a list of all of your achievements in "difficulty" order.

Version 0.2 has some basic GUI and achievement sorting. Its a work-in-progress of course.
