v0.7.7:
- fixed:   fixed a bug which caused ATSW to block if multiple items are to be created in a row
- fixed:   if you require an anvil or an additional reagent (or something else) to create a recipe, the corresponding queue entry should not be deleted anymore
- added:   a new checkbox which allows direct filtering of the recipe list for recipes which you can create with available materials (similar, but not entirely identical to the checkbox in the standard tradeskill window - the ATSW box considers items in your bank, on alts or buyable stuff too, if you want)
