16 - Inscription - add Dalaran ink trader
Recognize the ink trader in Dalaran as a vendor I can buy the low-level inks from, instead of having them added to the queue to create.
Low-level inks can be "purchased" by swapping one Ink of the Sea (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43126) for various other "white" quality inks (but not the uncommon ones). Also, 10 Ink of the Sea can be traded for one Snowfall Ink (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43127), the uncommon Northrend ink.
The vendor is Jessica Sellers (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=33027) in Dalaran; the WowHead page has her full inventory.
