9 - ATSW freezes the game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. northrend research both alchemy and inscription

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

game freezes as soon as i use the research, need to close it with windows task manager.

What version of the product are you using?
0.7.5

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no since game freezes as soon as i use it

I've had the same issue since the latest patch on several characters. Usually it happens when I open atsw, although sometimes it happens shortly after I login. Disabling atsw has fixed the problem everytime. There are no logs as to what happens since the game just hangs.

I have the same Problem. After full Reinstall (Iincluding the WTF-Files) it works a time. I think theres a problem with other Addons with TradeSkill-Features, but I can'T confirm it yet.

I use also Ackis Recipe List Lilsparkys Workshop GnomishYellowPages GuildCraft

I am about 36 recipes short of having inscription complete. I have noticed this freezing issue and increased game lag for a few months now. at 1 point it was tolerable, but now i use ATSW to queue items and get mats from the bank. then i Shift+click to open the standard inscription UI to do my scribing.

oh, this isnt limited to just research, but creating any item from the inscription UI will cause this to happen (with the qty of recipes i have). i dont have to close wow, so im lucky there. but the wow client does slow down when i have the UI open. creating, say-5 glpyhs- will cause wow to (not responding) but it does clear up after about 15m, when the 5 glyphs are done.
