Been having issues where Curse agent shows Altoholic and DataStore_* addons are modified and no longer match the database. When I reinstall them and hit refresh, they show as being modified again. However, if I reinstall Altoholic and not the DataStore_* addons, it shows the DataStore_* as being modified, yet if I reinstall the DataStore_* addons, it shows Altoholic as being out of date.

In game, it works best when I reinstall Altoholic and not the DataStore_* addons. If I reinstall the DataStore_* addons, Altoholic shows as being "Out of date" and doesn't load or work. Is this a communication error between the addons or is it something else?

Tried 3.2.003 but run into the same issue. I have send you all SV files via email (as a .zip archive) now.

Give a try at 3.2.003 (still beta, but mostly stable). If you still have the same problem, send me your SV files by mail & I'll have a look at them.

Hi Thaoky,

I'm experiencing a problem with Altoholic lately ;)

The guild bank tabs are not remembered / visible from Altoholic. If I visit the guild bank and select all tabs after another, leave it and then switch to Altoholic to see these guild bank tabs... All I get is a N/A for all tabs. The member of the guild has enough rights to view and get / put things into all guild bank tabs.

What I did:

1. Quit WoW 2. Deleted the Altoholic & all Datastore_* directories 3. Deleted the Altoholic.lua & all Datastore_*.lua files in the SavedVariables folder (global for all chars on an account) 4. Installed latest Altoholic version (3.2.002b / r55 after the problem persisted)

Is this a known issue or do you have anything that I could try out to get rid of it?

There was an issue yesterday with the packager, and not all modules seemed to be available at the same time, so basically, you most likely had old versions trying to communicate with new versions. The issue wasn't fixed when I went to bed yesterday evening, but it seems ok now.

I'm currently testing the packages before releasing as beta on curse & wowi. All runs fine on my machine, so it's only a matter of time before you guys can test the new version.

@Mikenowo:

I don't automatically clean up auctions from the db when they expire, this happens when you visit the correct AH (meaning your faction's or goblin, they're separate). I will automate this in the near future.

FYI: svn trunk r54 seems to have an incompatibility with data from the last zip release. I just did an svn up on my altoholic and datastore* directories and it wasn't finding data anymore. I unzipped the latest release (3.2.002b) over it and it resumed working.

The 20091115 commit looks pretty extensive, so I'm not sure where to start looking for the problem.

While I had the "broken" (newer) version in place, I added some stuff to my inventory on an alt, and then later loaded the older version and logged into a different alt, and it showed the new items on that alt. So I think the data updates were going through, and it was just the query/display that was breaking.

I love the addon, but recently seem to be having a problem with the AUCTIONS column on the ACTIVITY tab NOT updating certain toon's auctions. One toon (even after visiting the AH) still shows 3 auctions up, even though they have completed long ago. Any idea why this might happen. Thx.

Hi! It would be nice if you could add an option to show in which guilbank tab an item is. Right now it says “Guildname: x” but it would be easier to find if it would be like this: “Guildname: TabA: X – TabB: Y”

With the latest version Altoholic is broken. It shows no data just a blank window and lots of error messages. o.O

A couple of questions:

1. What is Altoholic's memory footprint like?

2. Can Altoholic add info to item tooltips regarding which alts (bags, mailboxes, personal banks, etc.) / guild banks have how much of that item?

3. I see that Altoholic has features that help you find equipment upgrades. Have you thought about implementing weight tables or some kind of Pawn integration to help the user better evaluate gear?

4. Does Altoholic provide any LDB data feeds? You mentioned that it tracks "money, /played, rest xp for each character, subtotals by realm, and grandtotals for the account" so it seems like it would almost be redundant to run AllPlayed with Altoholic.
