14 - Window scaling

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The ability to scale the window, either by drag and resize, fixed interval scaling, or a slider option, preferrably such that more buttons (rows) are added to the view when scaled larger.

    It's in r12 (3.1.003 alpha).

    Not intended in the short term. I may look into this in the future though. I'll leave this at the "new" status until I make up my mind on an implementation (or not). No promise though. Using the AH frame is a design choice to which I'm sticking.
