459 - Achievements for Ironforge/Darnassus cooking/fishing dailies

The achievements "Let's Do Lunch" and "Fish or Cut Bait" for Ironforge and Darnassus (and the meta achievements for all 3 cities) are missing.

    Thank you SpareSimian, I am not a programmer at all, but once I read what you did, I was able to duplicate the same efforts and also adding the 100/125&150 pet achieves, the 2 new Halloween achieves and all the Molten Front achieves. Problem I am working on now - is why are some of them appearing in alphabetical order, and others appear in the order that the code was entered?

    I realized that a lot of achievements were added in 4.2, notably those for the Molten Front. I found the cooking and fishing ones by looking them all up on WoWHead, but it would be nicer if there were some automatic way to gather them all. Then I could patch them all into the LUA file.
