8 - Option for the other faction

On a PvE server it can be nice to have an option to show if the recipies are known by your characters on the other faction.

What I'm thinking about is like the option you have in Recipe Book, "Opposite Faction" that will show "Could be learned by..." and "Allready known by..." for both Horde and Alliance.

With this option I'm one step closer to be able to remove Recipe Book :)
