Arcane Workshop has its own unlimited inventory space used to store custom items. Those custom items can currently be used as books that are displayed like in-game books. The items can also be sent to other players with the AddOn. If you remember Ephemeral, this AddOn is meant to replace it. (Since Ephemeral stopped working ever since patch 2.0)

There is absolutely no risk in running this AddOn. This AddOn is not breaking any of the policies/agreements.

A note about selecting icons for your items: As this AddOn is still not quite complete, selecting icons for the items you make has to be done either with the icon's name, or by "stealing" an icon from a macro, item, or spell.
