Change log

• The addon is now configured via Blizzard's interface options menu framework

   * Scaling option addon
   * Opponent buff and debuff filters added. You can now set exactly which buffs/debuffs you wish to see
   * A buff scanner option added, which will check your opponent's buffs and display which talent spec they are if it can be determined
   * Frame locking option added
   * Auto-focusing is now optional and off by default
   * Some localization added for all languages, but more help is still needed. All features should work though, even if they are in english
