What steps will reproduce the problem?
No idea how to reproduce because I log into all the chars onece, open all the professions, and then for no reasen I open someone profession from an alt and there is nothing in the list.
If you repeat the steps above after logging in again, do you get the same problem or was it a one-time event?
Repeat
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That I see the professions of my alts
What version and language of WoW and what version of Armory are you using?
r387, Eng
Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.

Warmexx Dec 23, 2010 at 14:03 UTC - 0 likesSaved data doesn't disappear when you disable a mod, but obviously it doesn't get updated either. If you delete saved variables files you'll loose settings and data of course.
The error you got looks related to pet stats and can happen when the API doesn't return an expected value. This might be something temporary, I had it once too. So if you login with your warlock and its pet and you get the error every time you login, we have an issue, otherwise just ignore it or do a reload.

DanoPDX Dec 23, 2010 at 01:31 UTC - 0 likesI got a new error, I'll attach it as a file, and the save file. Now I will mention that I use ACP so that while in game i can unload all my usless mods before I do an instance. I noticed as I logged onto my warlock that the position of the minimap icon had changed. SO hopefully when armory is disabled, the save file information does not disapper.
Steps to resolve this:
1: disable all mods except ACP and reload UI --- Error came up after UI reloaded, right away
2: Loged out and let wow apply all non-critical updates
3: Deleted the armory file and loged back into wow with all mods that I use active -- Error went away

DanoPDX Dec 21, 2010 at 19:12 UTC - 0 likesI remember that message I am sorry for this if that's the case. I did not think about that message or closing the profession that way. Consider this resolved then and I will be sure to close it with the X ( I was doing that most of the time, maybe not all the time) so that the information is captured. if I have any other odd things happen I'll let you know. Thanks for looking into this, I appreciate it.

Warmexx Dec 20, 2010 at 16:58 UTC - 0 likesThere is something weird with Blizzard's API related to professions. If you close the profession window by selecting the spell button again (i.e use it as a toggle) no data update is registered. This means that for Armory to grab the data you need to close the profession window with the close (X) or Exit button. Before patch 4.0.3 Armory could tell you did it the wrong way and showed a warning message, but now it seems that it doesn't detect this situation anymore. I'll work on a fix (if possible) when I find the time.
Please do the following:
Does it contain the data now?
BTW I looked at your data file and it is not corrupt.

DanoPDX Dec 19, 2010 at 20:25 UTC - 0 likesI disabled all my addons except Bartender4 and Armory to make a new file of my chars as mentioned in another ticket. I have included the Corrupted file, a new armory.lua and 2 screen shots of my Char Ronann trying to look at Aravilars Engineering.
