131 - Armory Data Tool - Join button is dim

After installing one of the latest updates to the Armory addon, the Armory Data Tool from the neighbors web site stopped working.

Join can be disbaled for example because the version of the Armory database is not the same for all accounts. So if you installed the alpha version of Armory for instance but didn't log in to every account yet there will be a difference in db versions.
