Allows you to always see your level, even when you're resting (in an inn or city) or in combat.

The mod simply hides the rest and battle status icons that normally cover up your level below your character portrait. Also, even though the battle status icon is hidden, I decided to still show the red glow for it, which gives it a cool outline effect.

What makes this mod different from similar ones?  It's small, simple, and efficient.  Only 10 lines of code!
