Shows a text to remember changing aspect, if the mana falls off 10% or gain 90%!
So you never forget to change your aspect at the right time ;)

German Description
============
Zeigt Tip zum Wechsel des Aspektes an, wenn das Mana unter 10% oder ueber 90% erreicht!
Im Detail:
- Sobald euer Mana unter 10% erreicht, bekommt ihr eine Nachricht: "Aspekt der Viper".
- Sobald euer Mana ueber 90% gelangt, bekommt ihr folgende Nachricht: "Aspekt des Falken" oder "Aspekt des Drachenfalken" (falls ihr diesen gelernt habt).
   => Somit verpasst ihr nie, wenn es an der Zeit waere, den Aspekt zu wechseln ;)

-> Addon doesn't show the text and doesn't play the sound, if the current aspect is actually aktive!
     For instance, Aspect of the Hawk won't be shown, when it is aktive at the moment and the mana reaches 90%.
