19 - my own debuff on timeline not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use first aid
2. look at the 'recently bandaged' debuff not showing up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
we should be able to track for real own debuffs, like this one, or arcane blast debuff.

What version of the product are you using?
252

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors, just odd behavior

    Can you provide an export of the container where you monitor debuffs? I tested it with first aid and it works normally.
