20 - empty timeline

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. having buffs on my toon, but a filter on timeline avoiding long buffs to be seen. only buff longer than 50 seconds are allowed to show.
2. empty timeline, and it's not inactive cos i've set alpha to 0 to that

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the bar should pop out only when buffs are shown
