This addon helps tone down NPC spam. When a message from an NPC is seen, the addon remembers it, and won't show it again until you relog or reload your UI. This doesn't check for any specific NPC names or messages, so it will work for any NPC and in any language.
The addon will also ignore any messages inside of dungeons or raids to avoid interfering with bosses.
Example:
William says: I wonder if your dolly can swim!
Donna says: Gimme my dolly!!
William says: I wonder if your dolly can swim!
Donna says: Gimme my dolly!!
William says: Baby wants her dolly!
Becomes:
William says: I wonder if your dolly can swim!
Donna says: Gimme my dolly!!
William says: Baby wants her dolly!
