Bind Hack Library

Function: Allows a UI Mod to easily set key bindings to actions using the standard in game key bindings interface. I created this as part of the SelfCastFix mod, but have decided to release it as a library add-on as it is quite useful. To see how to use it, please take a look at SelfCastFix source.
