9 - Error after login

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. immediately after login

2x BindPad\BindPad-2.4.1.lua:168 attempt to call global "GetMacroIcons" (a nil value)
BindPad\BindPad-2.4.1.lua:168 in function "BindPadFrame_OnLoad"
<string>:"*:OnLoad":1: in function <string>:"*:OnLoad":1

Locals:
self = BindPadFrame {
 0 = <userdata>
 numTabs = 4
}
