New Options window! You can access at it by the button, now enabled, on Black List tab in the Social Panel! It gives you the ability to check the below options when mouseover/target/whisper/party a character in your Black List.
Enable/Disable sound.
Enable/Disable text warning in the center of the screen.
Enable/Disable the reason of Black List that appears in General Chat.
