What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
- Quest frame quests (don't know how better to put this; guess quests that update their progress through your log) accept once you click on them, but it would be nice to have a feature to just automatically click on them as well essentially. I believe it's possible because I've seen a few other addons with this capability.

+ I actually didn't get a chance to test the 2nd part, but it would also be nice if it had the ability to autograb quests from quest items. Again, this could be an option.

  yep sorry, actually it's just one that I'm aware of for sure, P3lim's Monomyth addon:

  I've been using it in the meantime, however it doesn't have any options at all (unless you go in and play with the .lua) and as far as I know does not have a modifier key you can press to disable its functionality, which has got me into some trouble with NPC's who port you a few times now (it autotalked to chromie in one of the 4.3 heroics when I clicked her by accident and I was unable to turn in quests / receive loot).
