New: Capture Bar (Bongos BG), Bongos Clock and Bongos Coordinates
Map: Removed clock code (because now is useless)

Quest: quest log check icons should be finally correctly placed

Durability: Updated Collision Lib
BG, Quests and Durability: Now you may stick the bars side by side, because they will dynamically change their width when hided and locked (easier to understand if you try it by yourself)

Fixed important bugs
Added option to drag the buttons around the minimap
Added 'Bongos Tips' system: a simple, but useful tooltip-tips-display.
Improved Hidding/Showing Battleground, Mail and Tracking buttons code. But it's still beta.

Now you can change the map border ingame!
Added 2 configurable borders: Rounded and Royal borders
Added option to change the border color
Removed 2 borders: Black and White Square (Rounded replaces them)
