This addon is meant to be used in addtion with more sophisticated tools like QuestHelper. It just offers a quest counter in the panel (colors change on fill status of quest log) and on mouse over displays all quests from the quest log with additional information of quest type
D - Dungeon
E - Elite
P - PVP
G - Group
and
√ for completed quests
Quests are colored by difficulty. Right click opens config menu, left click opens quest log
