A really simple libdatabroker plugin that shows in a tooltip the levels of mobs you should be skinning to gain skill

Currently shows level ranges which are green/yellow/orange to you

There is a bit of math and guesswork involved so if the data is not accurate please let me know I'll make adjustments.

I turned off curse comments because I could not make curse notify me of them, there is no point having comments if I don't get notified of them.
