5 - Weapon buff problem when dual wielding similar named weapons

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Equip 2 Tankard O' Terror
2. Buff with Windfury
3. Buff with Flametongue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect 2 weapon buffs. I only get one.

What version of the product are you using?

v.0.8-beta

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No

    When just logging back in I do notice the 2 different buffs. But before when I logged in when both weapons were not buffed, I could not get them to show both.
