1 - diminishing/Cooldown

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Is it possible to add option for duration of diminishing to abilities or cooldown for abilities? E.g. Priest spell Silence has 45sec Cooldown, it would be nice to be able to set this time for diminishing bar.

    I have started to write some code for it. I'll see if it's possible to make a reliable CD monitor without forcing everyone in your party to install it.
