4 - hearth cooldown disappears on zoning
When zoning, the cooldown bar for hearthstone disappears. If you hearth from within the same zone as you are bound, the bar will show (until you zone) -- if you hearth across zones, the bar disappears immediately.

1. Hearth.
2. Zone.

Expected: the bar for hearthstone is still there.
Actual: it's not.

Nothing in log.

This bug also affects [Ruby Slippers] (the cloth shoes from R&J opera that act as a hearthstone).
