Chaos Bidder

Introduction

This addon is created for the Chaos Overwhelming guild of the Darkspear-EU Realm.

The main aim of the addon is to expedite the DKP bidding process during raids.

Basic Operations

Once the addon is installed you can open it by typing '/cb' or '/chaosbidder'.

The addons itself will automatically receive information from the BidManiac addon used to manage auctions.

You'll see the following information:

Auction Manager - person performing auctions

Item Auctioned - Item that is currently being auctioned

Current DKP - the amount of DKP you have at your disposal for bidding

Current Bid - player who placed the last bid and the amount of DKP (s)he used

Bid Increment - the amount of DKP you want to increment the Current Bid with when you bid

The Chaos Bidder addon, even if it's not open, will open automatically once an auction is started by the Auction Manager by using the BidManiac-Enhanced addon. You will immediatelly get information about the Auction Manager and the Item auctioned.

In order to get the amount of DKP you have available click on the Check DKP button and it will be shown on the form (for this option to work your guild must be running the QDKPv2 addon).

In order to place the bid you have to click the Place Bid button and it will do it automatically for you. If someone has already placed a bid before you (visible in the Current Bid text box) the bid you place will be incremented by the amount shown in the Bid Increment text box. If you want to change the increment use the slider on the form - it goes from 5 to 1000 DKP increment.
