• no longer show debugging messages with class to enum introduced by Aizotu (classToEnum)

• fix to class name color required several changes to when color was applied due to it's tie in with show level

• several changes with insert methods in order to enable more opportunities for a level to be available.
  

Known caveats

Still issues apparently exist with Death Night names.  I don't know the alternative language translations so reports from German and some other culture exists.
