Chatr is a mod to open new, minimalist yet very functional windows for each whisper conversation, quite like ForgottenChat or the latter WIM etc. It also includes docking (tabbed conversations) and is built modularly, to allow people to disable features they don't need. The plugins include filtering of messages, channel support, a buddy list, etc.
This IS a beta version, but 95% of it works. (The only thing that is SURELY not working is the DM (Don't Minimize) functionality.)
