Colored Tooltips

1 - Color spreads to other windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Target something so you have the colored tooltip
2. Quickly point the mouse cursor at an LDB addon on Chocolatebar
3. Check the background color of the popup window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a normally colored popup window from my LDB addon, instead the popup window has the background color of the tooltip.

What version of the product are you using?
1.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
I always loved the old Cosmos version, so I was sooo happy to see this! If you can fix the background color issue I'm totally happy.

    I can replicate, but I can't find anyway to fix it. The LDB tooltips are shown before the target tooltip is hidden. So nothing I do in my code affects them since they're already on the screen. They all assume the background color without setting it to the default.
