First new version under new developer Si (Shurp, horde side Aman'thul (US))

New features:

Battle shout and demo shout sounds can be disabled allowing the pics to still show

Crit sounds and Heal sounds can be enabled/disabled

Graphical flashes now occur when you crit something, or are crit by something, as well as crit heal someone/yourself of if someone crit heals you

Changes:

fixed some console commands that were using the wrong variables

Updated toc number to current version

changed some sounds and added in 1 new sound (hint: try pressing the create button now)
