18 - Feature Request - Option to not show millisecond when CDs below 3 seconds

What steps will reproduce the problem?
when CD is below 3 second, this addon shows milliseconds. this feature takes much more CPU compared with this addon's tiny body.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
what about adding an option  about the problem stated above?

What version of the product are you using?
