7 - Better Bar snapping

When stacking a bar on top of another bar, the Y axis line appears & causes the top bar to center above, but nothing to give it an even space on the X axis that runs between the two bars. Ex #2. When stacking bars side by side, a X axis appears that allows you to get them even, but when you get close to the other bar, there is no Y axis to appear to evenly space them with each other. The only time this does work is if you have say on the left side two bars on top of each other & add a bar to the right.
