8 - Cast Bar support

I was hoping you might add support so we can adjust the cast bar, channeling bar, target/focus bar, & a mirror bar. I centered the bars & when I did I noticed that the cast bar appeared over top of my buttons when I used a cast skill. I had to download castbars to be able to move the cast bar.

    Yes, I intend to implement this feature. I'm currently working on other bars tough. Those will be the following.

    Developer of addons such as Bagnon, OmniCC, Scrap and Combuctor.
