2 - Enhancement for next version

- Remember where I took that damage/heal (zone name or instance name).
- Change falling damage to percentage, and don't count falling damage that is 100% to my health. It is more fun to find a places where you *nearly* fell to death. :)
- Report others critical attack threshold value could be separated between healing and damage.
