What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. logging in, reloading

see a similar old ticket for this, but this is new to me in over a year of use. happened with the latest upload that fixed the splash :(

    I'll look into this. Is the option to show it still enabled, too, after relogging? Is there any situation where it does behave as expected?
