1 - Option to toggle weekly cap alert

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I suggest adding an option to turn alerts for the weekly cap stuff on and off.

Please provide any additional information below.
Having the alert fire whenever you log in 6 days a week is unneccesary in my opinion.
