Code is being fired off during an event causing some infinite loops to occur, commenting it out until I can look at it better (won't affect everyone, just some cases, aka 1 toon of mine failed, the rest worked). Code for player factions works without issue.
Fix minor bug which cause some errors.
Add ruRU to localization list.
Fix for getting faction levels of reputations which are considered hidden.
