17 - Profiler should not require 'full access' in anti-virus firewall settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set curse client profiler settings to 'outbound access' only in anti-virus firewall settings such as mcafee
2. run curse client
3. >> unable to login <<

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"curse client is unable to login"

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.0.7

Do you have an error log of what happened?

software updaters and data publishers ideally should not require a 'server' aspect on the end-users' computer
