DataTools: Added back in wowhead support for GatherMate_Data

wowheadmaps.rb now provides minerals, chest, and herbs. Basic zone list as well. TODO: Add dungeon/raid list data.

sv2yml.rb provides a quick script to merge user supplied data for gathermate. requires the rubyluabridge found on rubyforge.

addon_stubber.rb Creates a template addon with locale and libs dris provided.
