I'd just like to choose different battle songs for each boss. Heck, don't even worry about making a list of all bosses, let us pick a default for any we don't specifically set and type in the rest.

I tried posting this on the actual Curse page, but it didn't seem to stick. So let me try this again. :)

I recall someone asking if different bosses could have different music, and your response was that it might be difficult to pull off. But then that gave me ANOTHER idea...which of course may ALSO be difficult. ;)

What I notice is this...when players enter instances, DBM can recognize if it is one with a module, and load the specific boss data. So if there's a means for DBM to track the dungeon, then perhaps there may be a way for DBM-Victory to also intercept that event, and play specific music for specific dungeons.

Let's say, for example, that I want to include a certain dungeon theme from Valkyrie Profile 2 whenever I enter Utgarde Keep. Through some method, DBM-V is able to see the full list of supported DBM instances and populates a dropdown box full of them. The player can select an instance from this list, and supply the path name for the music in an associated textbox.

So I select Utgarde Keep, and supply the tune I want to hear. I then go about my business until the opportunity arrives to run UK. Upon entering, DBM loads the module for UK bosses. At the same time, DBM-V queries its list of customized dungeon themes, sees I made a selection for UK, and begins to play it.

And there you have it. Thanks for reading! :)
