De-Ice is the answer!
While Iceblocked, your first click/bound button press will cancel iceblock, the second press will use your desired ability. So, in order to cancel iceblock, just press any bound key; in order to use an ability as quickly as possible from iceblock, tap it twice and it will instantly de-ice you, allow you to use that ability, and continue the pwnage!
