LFR is now open for testing on ptr, with all 12 bosses available. As such, removed the loading restriction on the 12 mods for full testing of them.
Known incompletions
Dark Animus (did not get any phase 2 data for dark animus himself)
Iron Qon (did not get any real good phase 2-4 stuff do to horde being dicks and not letting alliance test the raid so that's mostly drycoded from wowhead)
Twin Consorts (did not get to see a dusk face so that phase has no warnings/timers)
Durumu (did not get to see a full Incineration beam face or return back to normal phase so mod is missing many phase based timers)
Lei Shen (did not get to see phase 3 so no ability warnings/timers for it)
This release also includes numerous bugfixes and improvements to 5.0 raid bosses (especially late heroic modes like Tsulong and Sha of fear)
