DHUD for 5.0, 1.5.50000a

This is a version of Drathal's HUD that fixes it for use in 5.0.

Fixed the issues that 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 brought to light. Added Ace3 Profile Support, EnemyCastbar, Vehicle support, RaidIcons, Player Buff Stacks, Debuff timers, DK Runes CD, Player Debuffs, Palladins Holly Power, Druids mana in shapeshift forms.

Version 1.5.50000 is available.

• rogues will see up to 10 combopoints if specced into corresponding talent

• added tracking for combo points on non-current targets, they will show with reduced alpha (stored combo points will rarely be shown incorrectly if the previous target instantly disappears and game doesn't throw combo-points-updated event, can't do anything with this now), I'll add option to turn this feature off later.
