This addon is for anyone who has wished they could check their important cooldowns without taking their eyes off of the battle. It lightens your interface's bar/button/number overload by using sounds.
dinger is a lightweight addon that helps you track cooldowns by making noise. When you try to use a spell that is on cooldown, dinger will play a sound. Which sound depends on how long until the spell is ready.
To configure dinger, click the dinger button in your spellbook, or type /dinger. To add your own sounds, put them in Interface\AddOns\dinger\sounds, and edit sounds.lua We've packaged a bunch of sounds with the addon, so you can try it without digging up your own.
We have a lot of ideas for future additions, but we would rather implement new stuff based on suggestions and criticism. Let us know what you think!
