Change log

-added 'DoT Attack Power' as a tracking option for all four of the DKiDisease displays. This will show the relative strength of your DoT's AP compared to your current AP. If it is low, it is advised to recast the disease for maximum DPS.

-fixed the CF/EP bug that Kuhbr brought up in the comments

-added Hungering Cold as an AoE Frost Fever effect.
