- added Options menu, accessed from Interface >> AddOns menu
- added ability to unlock and drag DKIRunes frame
- added ability to resize DKIRunes frame
- removed command-line options
Known caveats
-changing the scale without moving the frame first causes the frame to jump from PlayerUI to the bottom of the screen. Will be fixed with next revision.
