What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable player auras
2. In Anchor customization press enter when the cursor is in the "move these timers here" box but there is no text.
3. Attempt to move a timer to another anchor.  (change anchor, type in name etc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The timer should move to the specified anchor, but since "" is allowed (and matches all strings)  all timers stay on the anchor with the "" entry.

No error was generated.

The only way to remove the empty-string entry is to manually edit the saved variables file since it does not show up on any of the menus.

I suspect this same issue could also apply to any other field that effects timers based on names, but move these timers here textbox is where I found the defect.
