What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up default cooldown display.
2. Cast Feral Charge(Cat Form).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see both the 15 second cooldown of Feral Charge(Bear Form) and 30 second cooldown of Feral Charge(Cat Form). Instead, I see the 15 second cooldown of bear charge, then when it fades, cat charge shows up after attempting to use any ability, in the same bar position that bear charge was.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no LUA error so no.

Please provide any additional information below.
The functionality I mentioned above worked properly until 4.0.1. I imagine the issue is due to the fact that they now have identical spell names in the spell book. They are only differentiated from each other via tooltips or macros.
